Happy Thanksgiving!

Its Thanksgiving Weekend, and I have soo many things in my life to be thankful for, I'm thankful for them every day whether its been a rough day or an easy day! I'm most thankful for each day I have and spending them with the people I love, my 3 beautiful children, they make me laugh, they make me cry and many days make me want to pull my hair out, and I won't change a single moment. I so thankful in my life to have soo any amazing friends who just love me and except me for the crazy person I'm. Looks like its going to be a beautiful weekend, and well of course thanksgiving would not be complete without Turkey dinner, my favorite and I don't have to cook it, I'm so thankful for that lol.

So are you wondering how my crafty side is doing, right now I'm in the middle of moving all my scrapbooking stuff from my kitchen to my bedroom and what a task, trying to reorganizing it so it will get used has been very challenging, oh I really didn't realize how much scrapbooking stuff I had managed to collect. But I have been doing some scrapbooking and have a whole list of projects to do for Christmas gifts and swaps. I think my brain is on overload. But its exciting!

IT's Friday!

Oh how I love Friday! School started back this week and its soo nice to have routine in the house again, maybe even time to scrapbook! I have done a few small projects, but feel like its been forever since I really looked at my scrapbooking stuff. WOW, August is over already!

WOW I can't believe its the end of August, August has been such a busy month. Went camping for 9 days it was great. I have been soo busy that this past Sunday was the first time I had a chance to do some crafting, I was having major withdraw! I'm very much looking forward to school starting on Tuesday so we have routine, and maybe I will once again have time to scrapbook again! Really need to start thinking about getting christmas cards done and other projects started.

Wow where has July gone! I can't believe its almost over. Summer just passes by soo fast, but excited camping trip in 2 weeks.

Even know its summer, I still making time to scrapbook, and create challenges. Since it was my turn to do an Inspiration Challenge I decide to bring back Crop Circle. So check this out:

Monday!

It Monday and I have a much quieter week which is great so I can have some time to catch up on some scrappy projects. Most importantly of all it give me time to put the finishing touches on the planning of the online crop over at the A PILE OF SCRAP forum for this weekend. Really looking forward to having some fun. So keep in eye out on the forum for bingo words for this weekend also instructions for a new game. Its going to be fun.

Camping is a yearly tradition for us, we actually did some this past weekend. I can't wait to use more of this line for my pictures. These picture were take a few years ago.

First Day of Summer Vacation.

WOW! I can't believe the school year is over, and now its summer vacation! My kids are just growing up so fast Matthew will be going into grade 2, Madison is moving onto middle school in grade 6 and Brandon into grade 7. Kind of glad summer is here no lunches to make, the end of the school year was just so busy! Now its time to relax a little, oh not really just means for me a house full of kids from sun up to sun down. Excited for our camping trip in August!

With school coming to end, I had lots of crafty projects to get done, I will have to get organized and share them all with you. Yesterday I got to unwind some and go to an all day crop, I got to meet some great ladies, had some great laughs, oh good food, worked on some upcoming IT projects and my favorite part of the day chocolate fountain. Oh it was amazing!

I was soo busy Friday I didn't get to post the inspiration for the week so here it is.

Oh Fridays!

Oh wow its Friday and realized that life has been soo busy that I forgot to update last week. So this week was my turn to do an Inspiration challenge for A PILE OF SCRAP and here it is:

Other happening in my like I made this cute bike diaper cake for a baby shower, still need to make a card.

Tomorrow is Matthew's 7th birthday! Where does the time go I cant believe he is going to be 7, i decide to make him a cake this time, I will post pics when it done.

APOS is turning 3!

I can't believe it, 3 year ago this weekend a wonderful little scrapbooking store opened here in Fredericton. Who would of thought how much my life would change because of it! This little store has allowed me to make so many wonderful friends, and learn so many things not just creatively but personally! I love being a part of the Inspiration Team. I love the friendships I have made and I love all the encouragement I received. So A PILE OF SCRAP:

Canadian Scrapbooker!

I just couldn't wait any longer and purchased a copy of Canadian Scrapbooker. It is so exciting to see your work published, but its even more exciting to be published in the same issue that is featuring your scrappy friends. Congrats to Jenny and Sandie! Also congrats to Meg!

Sunday

So its Sunday, I spent the weekend away with a few friends and scrapbooking. We had a good time. I managed to get a few projects done! I will share them later because some are gifts. National Scrapbooking day was May 7th, and I totally forgot to share the one layout I did. I also started working on a set of 20 cards, that I hope to finish on Sunday.

My Crafty Week

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY! to all the wonderful mother's out there! Being a mom is truly the most rewarding job! My kids treated me to toast and hot chocolate in bed, and made me some cards!

Yesterday was National Scrapbooking day, and I had a wonderful, fun day at the A PILE OF SCRAP crop. I got one layout done and a good start on about 20 cards!
